Social statistics

VPS provides below statistics showing Norwegian private individuals' ownership of shares and primary capital certificates listed on Oslo Børs. Private individuals represent about 4% of all investors who own the companies listed on Oslo Børs.
The statistics are broken down by age, place of residence and gender. We also provide recent years' trend in the number and value of shares and primary capital certificates held by these private individuals.
